AnyDVD-HD (v.6.1.7.0) don't manage speed, and the drive is always full speed.
Do I must wait a new version?
Thank's

I assume he means the slow and quiet feature of Anydvd doesn't control this drive. So it spins up to full speed while playing movies. Which is probably loud.

I'm looking at buying an s02 drive. Not sure if it will perform the same or not.

Does it make a difference if you play your film without Anydvd running?

I only have this problem with DVDs I've burned myself. Any purchased DVD's or Blu-Ray disks play very quietly.

Any info regarding this issue ?

I have the same drive and the very same issue (on Vista 32 bit).

I didn't manage to find a way to control the speed of my BDC 202... This is very annoying since the drive makes a lot of noise as soon as I feed it with anything other than a Blu-ray or a commercial DVD...

Any help would be greatly appreciated ;)
