Payment failure?

    Ok tried to purchase product and got Payment Failure - Order <snip>.
    Called bank and no record of charge. So based on email it states: If your card processor did not see any trace of our charge, it got stuck somewhere in Visa's network. In that case, try again;
    Your order will be queued for manual processing and we will look into it.
    So I did and got Payment Failure - Order <snip>

    At this point is someone looking into this?
