According to that logfile it's not a protected disc so it can't be unlocked. Going by the file name it looks like a downloaded pirated ISO. You need to use an original disc if you want AnyDVD to unlock it

Unfortuantely RedFox cannot assist you in this matter for multiple reasons

1) That is an unprotected rip made with a third party product. Once the disc has been incorrectly decrypted the damage is done. You need to complain to DVDFab
2) That is a pirated disc and redfox does not condone piracy. No retail disc uses a disc volume name such as "Patriots.Day.2016.1080p.BluRay.AVC.DTS-HD.MA.7.1-FGT".

Long story short: Pirated title, redfox does not support movie piracy.
