having problems unlocking GameJackel, try uninstalling Gamejackel & Reinstalling, Still can not unluck password
 
in tools, somehow password has been put in , need to remove password to reinstall or add games profiles
 
I have the same problem! put in password worked fine then upgraded to newer version now password does'nt work? HELP!!!
 
Unlocking GJ4

I'm having the same problem. I can't get GJ4 to unlock after updating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't get in. Help!
 
Ok, we have discovered an issue with the 4.1.1.0 release and password protection (only if GJ was locked prior to updating). We are working on a fix and will have it posted on the forum ASAP.
