When in login amazon primevideo.com india region , i get the below error.

Page processing resulted in error. No play button shows.

Click OK to reload the page. contact support if the error persists.

If reload it same error comes up.

Pls check the attached screenshot.

just exit the app and restart it issue solved

This is due to AnyStream sometimes wanting to process the page before it's finished loading. This causes a loading error outside of AnyStream's control. Usually resolved by restarting the software

I installed latest 1.0.4.0, result is the same.

Same error shows up.

Any update on this.

You should repeat the action, then hit File -> Create Log File.


If you attach that logfile to the thread it might give the developers something to troubleshoot.

@Sriram Jayaraman This bug is being worked on. I believe the fix will be out with the upcoming release.

My trial got expired. Looks like the above feature is resolved in 1.0.6.1. Can you reset my trial pls so that I can try out before i buy it.
