Hi there! I got a lot of excellent help getting my hardware and software squared away to back up 4K discs as MKV files, and it worked on my second attempt, after upgrading my video card. This is my second disc, Jumanji, and CloneBD generated this file. Which ends in dmp and I can't attach it? Last time I had a problem, CloneBD generated a LOG file, which I was able to attach. Help, Please?
