Ooops... Circle was a problem

I was hoping to renew my subscription. Due to restrictions without a visa or bitcoin, i tried the alternate. Difficulties starting with other third parties was frustrating. I ended up with funds at Circle and it seems I am stuck there. After reading plenty and unsure how to approach and solve this, i ask for help!
Your product is fantasic and I want it back! Mastercard wont help and other avenues were tried. What can i say? I would be glad (like others) to donate my funds from circle to a humanitarian cause. Is this possible? Thanks

I just joined Circle and don't see bitcoin as an option.....Trying to get this before the sale is gone.
