Support isn't going to contact you. You need to contact them first to get One year free license for recent customers

I´ve done so here´s the respond:

Thank you for your email.

We will contact all former SlySoft customers who purchased lifetime licenses after December 1st of 2015 in the next few days with an offer. Please request a trial version in the meantime
