Oggy a Švábi - 19 Megapárty (Czech DVD) Read Error at 11%

Hello!

I am trying to rip a Czech DVD of Oggy a Švábi - 19 Megapárty but AnyDVD HD will always stop at 11% and display the prompt:
Error reading from drive I:!
Read Error Sectors: 262740-262754

This was a brand-new DVD that came sealed in plastic. I also tried using toothpaste and a microfiber cloth to clean the disc but received the same error when attempt to rip it again. This is the DVD:

Looks like a bad disc or a mastering error. If available try to read it with another drive.

You can also try ISOBuster with AnyDVD running in the background. It will try many times to read the critical part. Always answer that you want to try the program and not update. Otherwise it will close. If succesful the result is an ISO file you can load with VirtualCloneDrive.

Please post an AnyDVD logfile.

Looks like a bad disc or a mastering error.

... or something completely different we don't know about without a logfile.
