Occasional issue ClondBD 1025 and 1027 with LibAV stops working

Hi, Message as follows " Based upon LibAV, version git/v_11_dev0_1119_g1ef9e83 from Monday Dec 01 2014 00:00:00 UTC compiled December 1 2014 23:33:43 has stopped working?

Appears about 50 percent of the time . so not entirely predictable.

Any suggestions?
