no video when copying superbad

hey all.. new here so forgive my ignorance! I have the demo version of clone mobile and have successfull copied 1 DVD from my collection (oceans 13). I tried to copy superbad and all I get is audio. given I am new to this can ya all provide me with some suggestions?
