I have the same problem as the previous person. I have had CloneDVD for some time (years) and have never had a problem, but since the update before last I have not been able to watch my movie on any dvd player except the one on my computer. It says either (i am paraphrasing) unrecognizable disc or no disk found. At first I thought it was an isolated incident and then that my dvd player was going out, until I brought a problem dvd to someone's house and it did the same thing. I tried burning the same disc again to no avail.

I really miss using CloneDVD and hope sometime there will be a fix. I haven't installed any new software or hardware on the computer that I use for the burning. I have both clonedvd and anydvd and update them whenever a new one comes out.

I am attaching the zip file mentioned in by the moderator. Help!

If you use +r blank media, you need to learn to change the booktype to "dvd-rom" before burning. The instructions for doing that are listed in step 4.
Also be aware of the blank media that I tell you to use in that link (because everything else you should probably be avoiding, and be sure not to burn at "maximum")

    1. Update to Anydvd click

You may need to reboot after installing if prompted to do so.

    2. Click the red fox icon on your toolbar. Click "default". Click "ok".

    3. Update to the latest Clonedvd ( click

    4. Follow the steps from this link in order: click (follow them step by step)
