I am a newbie to this. I downloaded the software and it all appears to work correctly, until I go to find the output files. They are nowhwere to be found. I am copy from DVD to the Smartphone format (.avi). Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Well, which path did you select for the data output and how did you name the file?
You should always ensure *not* to copy into the CloneDVD mobile program folder but to "my documents/my movies" or even to your desktop instead.
It is also important that you enter a sensible name.
