Nginx 500 error at checkout

    I placed an order today (#O4B-xxx) and after clicking submit for the payment I got a Nginx 500 error.
    I have also not received any email confirmations.
    Just wanted to ensure everything else is processing smoothly.

    It's not processing smoothly unfortunately if you got that message. That's an internal server error, chances are pretty high your order did not go through.

    That was my theory as well. I will wait 48 hours and check again to see if I need to try again.

    Indeed, today we experienced some routing issues (lasted ~40 minutes) with our shop server and your order got stuck in nirwana. I noticed that 90 minutes ago and set your order manually to "FAILED" and you should have received an email about that.
