Newhart Seasons 6, 7, 8 - Pipe Is Being Closed Encoder Error Has Occured

Whenever I try to make a mobile copy of any episode of Newhart (seasons 6, 7 or 8), I get an encoding error. I've tried different file types but no luck. Any ideas? Here is the log.

I am getting the exact same error while trying to a mp4 copy of Jimmy and Judy(2006). New to me
 
What version of CDVDm are you using? Have you tried a different version (the 1.7, 1.8, 1.9 versions all have their own quirks)? Have you tried a different profile? Do you have a Redfox or Slysoft license? If you have a Slysoft license, use version 1.2.0.1.
