I just replaced one of my 2 CD/DVD drives. AnyDVD does not acknowledge it; it appears as if I had only one drive.

This happened to me before when I replaced the other one but I don't remember how to activate AnyDVD or whatever has to be done.

Any volunteer?

Marcial,
Go into AnyDVD settings and be sure your new drive(s) has a check-mark in the box for your drive.

If your new drive is not listed in AnyDVD settings, exit AnyDVD, reinstall it over itself and then reboot and go back to settings to see if the new drive is listed and checked-on.

Whisperer, you are right, reinstalling the software is the word. Now I remember that is what I had to do last time. I just did it again and... success!

Thanks a lot. I won't forget next time.
