I have just purchased anystream non pro
I on my netflix subscription I can see "Star Trek: The Next Generation fine. But in Anystream I can't, do I do something wrong?
 
Does Star Trek even exist on NF anymore? I thought it was pulled everywhere since Paramount has it's own service now and they want to have it there.

Anyway, please describe what you are doing. Does it not show up when you search for it in AS?
Try adding it to your watchlist, it should then show up in AS as well. It also has a row for stuff on your list.

If that doesn't work, you have to wait for someone else to check as I don't have NF anymore.
 
I open AS and I search for "Star Trek The Next Generation" nothing shows in AS

Did you set AS to the correct region? But I am not sure if it was neccessary for NF or even possible for anything except Amz, so don't worry when you can't see the option.

I see you have it on your watchlust, can you see it on the row in AS? Without a search?

Ok I only wrote the region thing in case I remembered it wrong.

But since it doesn't show up on your list, I have no other idea right now.

Please create and upload a logfile, although I am not sure if it will help.

Did you restart AS or hit F5 to reload after putting it onto your list? Or was it already in the list from the beginning?
 
One more thing, is there no way to download multiple episodes ?

I have tried restarting AS closing AS nothing changed regarding to it dosn't show "Star Trek"

Interesting, I have Star Trek in both Netflix and AS...

Hope It's alright to ask, AS doesn't show Norwegian subtitle, but Netflix from a browser does:

Not sure about that programme. What region are you VPNing* into?

This is a random download from a "Scandi Noir" to show that Norwegian subs do exist in AS.

Just tried to close Mullvad, and it didn't show more subtitles nor audios

I'm not quite sure on what you mean by region?
I only have :

and I have upgraded to the plus version also, and it didn't give more audio or subtitles?

I tried completely uninstall AS, reboot. install AS and activate it with :
Code:
AnyStreamPlus_Key_LSC-DTU
and tried again to disable Mullvad and there was any new subtitles 😭

I kinda how this can be resolved:
the subtitles I need and AS is lacking is: Finnish and Norwegian
It already has: Danish and Swedish
