Netflix Error when downloading

Tried to download a movie 'The Ballad of Lester Scruggs' (which I've watched without fail on my account), but AnyStream returned an error and created a dump file, 'AnyStream_1.0.6.0_Dump_20201104171942.astdmp'. I am stumped trying to attach a copy of the file to this post using the Upload a File button. I can browse and select the file, but can't seem to attach the file to this post...

Thanks, Prospere. Filled out the support form and submitted but still no provision to attach the dump file... We'll see...

This morning, I successfully downloaded the Netflix file that was causing problems. Uncertain as to why, perhaps the stars are in favorable alignment. LOL!
