Navigation CD - trying to copy

I just got a new revision of a Navigation CD for my car (mercedes Benz)

The last set I could copy with Nero. The new set I cannot get to copy using anything (including CloneCD).

Any suggestions?

As far as I am informed, for Navigation CDs you need a writer with an renesas chipset.
