Narration while movie is playing

On several of my movies, Not only do you hear the voices in the movie but also I am hearing a narration for visually impaired. Does anyone know how to remove that option?? I went into settings on the movie itself and it will not remove the sound. I'm not too computer literate!

You are choosing the wrong audio track in your copy program. Movie tracks are usually the AC-3/6 track(s), while the Director's Comments and Extras are usually the AC-3/2 tracks.
