My Dvd Sony Dvd Burner No Longer Reads With Clonedvd

Once I installed clone dvd my Sony 710 dvd burner will no longer open any movie dvd that I put in. It will spin, can har the hd scanning, but nothing ever shows on that drive, yet I can still burn cd's, i can open burned dvd's, and burned data dvd's. I just can't open any original movie dvd's. Any ideas?

Click on the red fox icon on your toolbar; click "settings" on the left; uncheck "pc-friendly"

Eject your movie; put it back in the drive.
