MP4 Player Formatting -- Please Help!!

Greetings,

I purchased a couple of MP4 players for my sons online and found they require special formatting and hope that this software (CloneDVD) is capable of customizing to output an AVI to these specs that I pulled from GSpot on the stock AVI file:

Audio: Codec MPEG-1 Layer 2, 44.1khz, 96 kb bit rate
Video: Codec Xvid 1.1.0 final, 20 frames/s, 224 x 176 pixels, 65kbs data rate, 12 bit video sample size
