Mkvs from several BRs of 4k sets end with log button, but spot play ok VLC

I have several movies bought recently that came with bot 4k and BR discs. I wanted a BR mkv to stream so used AnyDVDHD 8.0.9.0 and latest BDClone 1.1.2.0 to try resulting in log buttons. I spot play all the movies, e.g. X-Men Apocyolypse, the audio is good and the movie is complete. But I keep getting the log button to send or save on completion.

Don't have explanation for these results.
