Missing buffer level display when writing DVDs or ISOs

"The buffer is always enabled and working, but the buffer display does not work when writing DVDs or ISO images.

CloneCD uses CloneDVD's write engine for .iso files (CD&DVDs), and its own write engine for .ccd files. Unfortunately Elaborate Bytes has no "buffer level" callback in the WriteDVD.dll, so there is no way to check it from the application."
