Each time I place either a dvd or blank dvd, I keep getting the following message "Media Detection in Progress, Please Wait." This message will just sit there until I go to Task Manager and shut it down. About the same time I get the above message, at the bottom in the Task Bar I also get a message "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime." I also have to shut this down on the Task Manager. I can then go and try cloning the dvd, but more often than not, it fails. I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition. I didn't have this problem when I first started using AnyDvd and Clone Dvd. Any ideas?

Thanks
