Microsoft Error Message When Using AnyDVD

  1. I have been using AnyDVD and CloneDVD for several months with no problems. However, yesterday (6-25-2007) I started receiving an error message whenever I tried to use CloneDVD...."AnyDVD has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any inconvenience."

    I have tried twice to solve the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling CloneDVD and AnyDVD with no success.

    Anyone have any ideas to fix my problem?
