Will AnyDvd or Clone Dvd covert media files in mpg, mpeg, avi format to dvd format so I can burn them to dvd?

    Dvd Flick Is Free!

And does what you want it to do. I am not affiliated with them in any way. After years of searching for something that was 1) free and 2) able to convert ReplayTV files downloaded via DVArchive into DVDs (either burning, after conversion, directly to disk, or creating an ISO -- it does both!), I was ecstatic to find this great little program.
Small caveat: it defaults to PAL, so change it in the options section as necessary.
