There have been some interesting tickets for upgrading and since 1 December the volume of course is much greater.

Here are two of the better "problems" doing the upgrade.

1. "It asks me for a serial number so I tried to put in my order number which was provided...."

2. The site is asking for my product serial number also. Can I find that on the program somewhere?

Maybe we should make the links, like "what's this?" blink.....
