What You Need to Know​

​
  • Your billing and sign-in info for Max is the same as your HBO Max account.
  • AnyStream should stay the same
  • Your profiles, watch history, and My List will be saved on Max, so you can pick up where you left off.
  • Post in this thread with any issues ( You shouldn't have any)
 
Its May 23d and AnyStream works as it always did.

New website is up, but I don’t see any new content. Regular HBO still works because that’s still active, but you can’t see anything new from the Max website.

Go to the new Max website and put what you want to see on your "List"
 
Just tried it now. Nothing I add seems to pop up. I also tried logging out and old HMax website shows up. I don’t get presented with the new website.

It's not active yet in the USA or Canada.
 
I tried the USA website from where I am and it's still HBOMax. ( It will still say HBOMax in the AnyStream software. We will not change it immediately.
 
The actual website in the USA has not changed yet.

Everyone should check the actual website on the internet, if it's there it should be in AnyStream.
 
The new website has a new URL. The website is already online.

Perhaps they are enabling it region by region. It is what it is. Lets give it some time, and if we do not have the new new website by tomorrow afternoon I will check it out. I do not have access to what you posted.

Sometime tomorrow everyone should try logging out of AnyStream in HBOMax and logging in again. It should take you to the correct URL. We won't know anything until they enable it in our regions. So please give us some time.
