MasterCard - Wollte gerade kaufen - Abgelehnt

    Hallo Gemeinde.
    Was ist das grundsätzliche Problem beim Kauf einer Lizenz?

    Visa geht scheinbar nicht, wie man hier liest und MasterCard geht auch nicht?
    Meine Bank hat die Zahlung per TAN durchgewunken.

    Über Antwort würde ich mich freuen.

    Hauptsache redfox.bz hat jetzt alle meine Daten, nach dem fehgeschlagenen Kauf.
    So kommt es mir zumindest vor.

    Visa sollte ohne Probleme gehen in EU. Wast du gelesen hast, gilt für USA. Hast du mal in deinen Spam-Mailordner geschaut? Ansonsten @Ivan wird behilflich sein.

    Du hast wahrscheinlich das zu oft probiert. Hast du deinen Spam-Ordner gecheckt? Dann solltest du, bevor du es wieder probierst den cache Ordner leeren. Sonst wird alte Information aufgerufen. Melde dich, wenn es noch Probleme gibt.

    I just checked with my bank.
    It's all right. No bookings were rejected and **** is also approved.
    The problem must be on the receiver side.

    both transactions got rejected with error "Unable to decode PARES". We never had this error before and have no glue what PARES is. Will check and get back to you later.

    beide Transaktionen wurden mit folgender Fehlermeldung abgelehnt "Unable to decode PARES". Wir hatten diesen Fehler noch nie und haben keine Ahnung, was PARES ist. Ich werde das überprüfen und mich später bei Ihnen melden.

    Can there be a problem with my name or address? My last name has 2 umlauts and my address is like 33 1/3. Do I have to write my name without umlauts when ordering, like ä ae or ü ue
    I have no idea what could be the problem. My bank has just reconfirmed that both transactions were confirmed via TAN and approved without any problems. Everything is fine from their side.

    Umlauts don't make any difference, payment is in UTF-8, so even Japanese o Korean is supported.

    You might be right, the slash "/" could be disturbing. (Like Naked Gun 33⅓ :dance:)

    I made a request at our payment provider but response might take until tomorrow.
    If you don't mind, please try again with just "33".

    It may be because I have to approve payments via TAN. But that's a safety factor.

    Possible.... I never heard of using TANs with a credit card. Do you have another card w/o TAN?

    No I have not. It is relatively normal, at least in Germany, when making online transactions to approve them via TAN. Just because of fraud. I shop worldwide and have never had a problem with it except here with this purchase.
