You will need to post an AnyDVD logfile so it can be determined what went wrong.
What region is the disc from. UK?

Summary for drive K: (AnyDVD HD 7.6.4.0, BDPHash.bin 15-08-10)
ELBY CLONEDRIVE 1.4
Drive (Hardware) Region: 1

Current profile: BD-R
Media is a Blu-ray disc.

Total size: 10783200 sectors (21060 MBytes)
Video Blu-ray label: MAN_OF_TAI_CHI_BD
Media is not AACS protected.
Note: automatic detection of region code not possible with this disc.
No AACS, skipping Java fixes.

The automatic setting doesn't always work due to the way region code is stored on the disc. Set the region code removal to either always ask our manual. Whichever option you choose, specify the region of the DISC when you remove it. NOT your own.

Eg: you're in region A but the disc is from region B, then you HAVE TO specify region B or you will end up with a defective copy. Use the original disc when you do that, region can only be removed during decryption, of decryption has been done previously is no longer possible.

Video Blu-Ray Settings Changed:
- Remove Blu-Ray Region Code.
- Region A (Drive Hardware Region: 1).
- Remove Blu-Ray Country Code.

Still doesn't work. :(

But when:
But if I change the Region Code into A into Cyberlink PowerDVD itself it does play. ;)
The problem is you can only change the Region 5 Times and then you have to Reinstall you're PC, to get this work again. :(

Anyway?:
Is there anyway to make it work when not to have to Change the Region from Cyberlink PowerDVD? ;)

It should have worked if you did things right. Since it didn't, provide an anydvd logfile as per instructions: https://forum.slysoft.com/threads/info-how-to-ask-for-help-before-you-post.45785/ But going by your above post, you're using an image. Meaning it already has been decrypted and thats the reason why it won't work.

As i said, once decryption has been done you can no longer remove the region. You need to use the ORIGINAL disc in order to remove the region.
