I'm receiving an error message, "FileO 3 VTS_01_1.VOB152291328 378880" and it stops. Does anyone know how to get around this?
 
That's a file read error = defective / damaged disk.
Try to clean (or wax) the disk in the hope of getting it to rip ONCE. Past that replace it.
