Does anyone know of a free programme that gives you templates to make your own dvd covers?

theres also a program on the covers site that you can import covers from and print them

Go to www.cdcovers.cc....I'm pretty sure they have a download for covers (Coverxp)...if not, if you have a Site for downloading songs,movies,software etc. do a search under software for dvd covers....hope this helps.

cdcovers.cc has recently been updated to make it more user friendly rather than the huge mess it used to be. You can find ANY cover for any title and in many different languages and regions too.
