Lost Chapter Headings

I just used any DVD for the first time. I wanted to copy a series of DVDs that provide important information for me. I ran the DVD after using AnyDVD and the chapter headings were lost, which is rather inconvenient.

Is there anything I can do about it?
Is there any way of preventing it?

I have no idea what you mean by "chapter heading".

Also, the simple answer to your question is to use Clonecd (with Anydvd running in the background).

In "Settings" ....do you have the box checked that says "Remove annoying Adverts and Trailers"?
