how do you install logfiles or how do you use them to fixs movie that you are trying to get.
 
you don't, on both questions. You supply them on the forums when asked if you have any type of issue. They are purely for diagnostic purposes and to give developers info in case of for example decryption or playback issues. You do NOT install them and as a normal user YOU cannot use them to fix movie issues, the developers can.
