I recently purchased clonedvd2 to add to my anydvd. when i was using the trial version of clonedvd everything was fine but after i purchased and got the latest update i have not been able to backup my movies. My usual process is start anydvd, place original dvd in, wait until fox turns back to red, open clonedvd2, hit clonedvd, browse for the title, and follow the directions, as soon as i hit next on audio and subtitles screen and advance to output method screen my whole comp locks up and i have to do a hard boot. This was not happening until i purchased the full version. here is my info. Anydvd 188.8.131.52 Clonedvd2 184.108.40.206 OS XP DVD Drive: NEC DVD_RW ND-3520A Last Movie Attempted to Backup Summary for drive D: (AnyDVD 220.127.116.11) _NEC DVD_RW ND-3520A 1.04 04112400 Drive (Hardware) Region: 1 Media is a DVD.
