Guess the documentation hasn't caught up with that one.

Also, I would point out that you can bundle all your titles in one report by hitting the "Prepare Forum Post" button after you've Scanned all your titles, but looks like Halo 4 was an afterthought -- added after you posted Uncharted... :=)

Recent UHD release Shaft first came out in 1971, I believe.

And The Apartment is from 1960.

The Ten Commandments. 1956.


They've been putting the old classics on UHD for some time now.

Fatal Attraction is coming out in September and even the Child's Play trilogy is coming to UHD next week.

The movies are the Australian releases of The Shining (1980) and 2001: A Space Odyssey, distributed by Roadshow Entertainment. I tried restarting my PC. Enabling and disabling AnyDVD HD, no dice. The only 4k playback device that I have is the drive in my PC, so I can't test them out in other devices. I also have the Aus release of Full Metal Jacket, but that plays fine.

Pretty hard to beat that, unless maybe they put the original Birth of a Nation on UHD - lol.

I'm wondering how much benefit you can get from putting such an old movie in UHD format.

I can't imagine the source material is of the best quality...

This Scanner error usually means either you're not scanning a UHD or if you are, then the error you're getting is not the standard unsupported UHD error (as shown in post #1).

Where is Doctor Strange 2 on the unsupported list? Someone mentioned it was unsupported, but I didn't see it get added to the list...and there hasn't been a post saying it's supported yet.

It was listed as Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness on July 25, and as SamuriHL mentioned, reported supported on the 27th, two days later.


So probably on-and-off the List so quickly you didn't see it.
