I'm not sure what the file attached is but it's not a Scanner report file.


Use the Scanner tool from post #2 to create a proper report file.



EDIT:

Oh, I see.

What you've done is attach the zip for the Scanner tool itself.

You need to unzip and run the .exe in this file on your computer and scan your unsupported disc.

Consult post #1 and 2 for more details on how to use the Scanner.

I removed the scanner tool attachment above. I think that was added by mistake so hopefully they can add the actual scan report generated by the tool instead.

Ok, now look in the folder where AnyDVD places your logfiles and you should see a zip file there that starts with "ScanReport_Vidiot66..." (for me, it's in my Documents folder).


Upload and attach that report file here in the thread.

You're not supposed to extract it. Only @testiles is allowed to do that.

All he needs from you is to attach the file that he needs from you, as explained in the first 2 posts of this thread.
