You'll need to attach the Scan Report file created when you ran the Scanner.

It's in your AnyDVD logfile folder and starts with "ScanReport_kmhfmnn...".

Since it looks like you ran the Scanner twice, once for each title, there should be two.



Just so you know, you can Scan as many discs/.iso's as you want with the tool, then hit the Prepare button.

In that case, the Scanner will include information on all the discs scanned in one Scan Report file and - as I said - place it in your AnyDVD logfile folder.

Great day, concerning the attached logfile: any chance The Dark Knight Rises will be added to the supported titles ?
Sorry when double checking, but i noticed the title been issues onto the list (scanner) before.
Looking forward.

Mans1,

You're "new" -- a quick check of the first post of this thread will tell you what it's about.

One of the things you'll see there is "no logfiles should be posted on the thread".


There is currently no Dark Knight titles on the List so not sure what you're asking...

My suggestion is to run the Scanner tool from post #2 on your disc/.iso and post the information and file it generates.

(More instructions are in posts #1 and #2)


Then we can take it from there....

No it's the same issue we've been seeing with the Asus drives and any anydvd. This is the 3rd time now. There's a dedicated thread about it.

It's likely this is happening due to read errors on the disc.

What's the solution, to vigorously clean and re-clean the disc and keep trying (in order to eliminate read errors)?

You'll notice (from post #1 again) that the unsupported UHD error is "Cannot process request at this moment, please try again later!".

If you don't get that error, your problem is not related to UHD support -- so is out of the purview of this thread.


To pursue your issue, you should seek out the dedicated thread SamuriHL mentions on the issue and/or create a separate thread in the UHD Forum and post your logfile there....

Hopefully you can then get the problem resolved.

Thanks to all for your feedback,

This disc is a brandnew one.
Anyway i gave the cleaning a shot and tried AnyDVD over-and-over again, no luck.

But, fyi, i did just tried this 'other' solution: Ma***** and the backup was succesfull from the first run.
Playing over the back-up as we speak without any issue.

Strange, not ?
