I more than agree with setting a download limit but since it is only a matter for protection with respect to the provider could establish the limit for users paid by streaming service and not general, I say it mainly for downloading a large tv-show, the quota could easily be consumed

AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
