I Purchased A lifetime AnyDvd Key From Redfox and I had to reformat my computer and my Key that I Had saved says it's no longer Valid. I may have saved tho wrong Key . Please help. I also had to change my e-mail address because my old e-mail server went belly up. My New E-Mail is [snip] privacy sensitive info removed - Ch3vr0n[/snip]

Just make sure it was a RedFox key and not a Slysoft Key. I am sure support will help you
