Message clarification:
AnyDVD may show you one of several messages if trouble with reading the disc or connecting to the update server occurs:
Error getting volume hash!
ERROR processing Blu-ray disc!
Problem: Very likely a disc READ error. This is not a protection and you will not get a copy from this disc.
Sorry, but trial versions are not allowed to use the update server!
ERROR processing Blu-Ray disc!
This is pretty much self-explaining. For business reasons we can't allow non-licensed access to the key server.
You'll have to try another disc for the trial.
If you have a license and nuked it by de-installing to do an AnyDVD update then you need to register again.
Need your key? https://secure.slysoft.com/lostkey.php and we'll immediately send you the license email - then check ALL your mail folders.
Problem connecting to AnyDVD update server!
ERROR processing Blu-ray disc!
And/or
Access to the online decryption database is required to decrypt the disc "TITLE".
Please verify that AnyDVD is able to access the internet
Problem: Very likely your Internet connection is failing. This is not a protection error.
Update request denied, please check your license and contact SlySoft support!
ERROR processing Blu-ray disc!
Problem: The connection is fine, but your license status is not in order and your request to update AnyDVD's key processing is denied. The most likely causes for this scenario:
1. Timed license and it has expired. Many users assumed they bought lifetime but didn't (look on "information" after opening AnyDVD). If that is the case you need to RENEW (https://secure.slysoft.com/renewal.php). This scenario is quite common after moving from one machine to another or doing a "fresh" re-install. You will have to renew.
2. You know for sure your license is OK but after a new install/update you did NOT reboot. Reboot to be sure.
3. License has been renewed but not initialized. After renewing you must register again with the new license key SlySoft sent you.
