Above is the message when I try to log in on my new PC. Can you please help me with this transferring license between PCs? How do I deactivate my old PC license and use it on my new PC?
 
In August 2022 you upgraded from AnyStream (basic) to plus. Maybe you tried to register the old license which is not valid anymore.
I just sent you the email with your AnyStream plus license. Please check your inbox and try this license.
