Moin,

Unser BU40N liest plötzlich keine DVDs mehr, Blu-ray und UHD wird noch gelesen und auch ausgelesen.
Die DVD Linse habe ich bereits probiert zu reinigen, ist das Problem bekannt?
Löst das vielleicht eine neue FW?`

Diese Laufwerke haben 3 Laser. 1x CD, 1x DVD und 1x BD / UHD. Der DVD-Laser ist defekt.
