Laptop hängt sich bei Clone DVD auf

Hallo.
Ich habe das Problem, dass sich bei der Titelauswahl auf der zu clonenden DVD sich mein Laptop völlig aufhängt. Ich kann dann nur nur den OFF-Knopf betätigen.

beim 1:1 kopieren ist es regelmäßig so, dass die Temp-Datei bis 97% problemlos geschrieben wird und der Laptop sich dann wie oben beschrieben aufhängt.

Hat irgendjemand eine Idee für die Ursache?
 
Was für ein Lappi? Technische Daten? Eventuell ein Hitzeproblem?
