Not clear on how all this works. When he says "Fix Added," what does he mean. Where is this fix added? How do I identify the proper playlist?
 
He means the OPD got updated and AnyDVD will now know how to handle that specific disc version. How do you find the playlist, simply check the anydvd status window. If no playlist is mentioned you will need to provide your own logfile

Anydvd doesn't play anything, nor does it though the audio in any way. DTS issues are down to whatever player you're using.

There's currently an issue with the OPD preventing anydvd from retrieving the info it needs from it. Please try again later. I have already tagged @Ivan in a different topic as well go notify him off the problem.
