Komplette Anzahl an Staffelepisoden nicht downloadbar

Grüß Euch,

mir ist eben aufgefallen, dass auf AP bei der Serie "Die Rosenheim-Cops" bei fast allen Staffeln nicht alle Folgen der jeweiligen Staffel downloadbar sind. zB Staffel 7 hat 30 Folgen und Staffel 8 hat 28.
Bei beiden Staffeln werden vom Programm allerdings nur die ersten 25 Folgen ausgewählt (AS+).
Genau das gleiche passiert auch bei anderen Staffeln mit mehr als 25 Folgen.

Dieser "Fehler" ist mir bislang bei keiner anderen Serie untergekommen.
Mach ich was falsch oder ist das ein Bug?

P.S.: Nach kurzer Recherche - das dürfte nur bei dieser Serie so sein - bei "Die Nanny" sind die Staffeln mit mehr als 25 Episoden komplett zum download verfügbar. Gibts da eine Möglichkeit das zu beheben?

Wäre also gut wenn du von ein zwei Staffeln ne Logdatei erstellst und postest, damit sich die Devs das ansehen können.
Ich kann es leider nicht selbst prüfen, da ich den Channel nicht habe.

Hi und Danke für Deine Rückmeldung. Im EN-Forum hat einer das gleiche Problem bei der Serie "I dream of Jeannie" (das viele andere aber offensichtlich nicht haben). Ebenfalls auf AP.
Hab mittlerweile versucht die aktuelle Version mal neu drüber zu installieren - hab testweise alte Versionen installiert - AS+ mal komplett deinstalliert und neu drauf. Nix hat was gebracht.

Logfile kommt sobald ich wieder genug Tokens hab für ne ganze Staffel.

Du brauchst keine Token. Einfach die Serie und die Liste der Episoden öffnen und dann ne Logfile erstellen.

Du hast recht, Staffel 8 hat 28 Folgen, die Logdatei zeigt aber nur 25 an.

Kannst du mal die downloadables Liste für Staffel 8 durchgehen, welche Episoden fehlen? Einfach die letzten drei oder zwischendrin auch was?

@RedFox 1 Please pass this to the devs for investigation. The bug has been fixed in 1.2.3.0 (as you can see in my first comment here), but for Season 8, AS shows only 25 episodes instead of 28.

Remember you can only have 6 different profiles on all different devices on Amazon, or this will happen, sometime it will just not show the video.

Since it was a bug in a previous version, I would assume that this is not because of too many profiles or logins. And only three videos are missing, not the entire season.

Can you check if the same episodes are missing in the browser, try to play them?

I don't have access to this channel right now, but I took a look at the number and there are 28. You can do this as well with the coded link.
I asked OP to check which episodes don't appear in the downloadables list, just the last three 26-28 or some in between.

Thank you - you brought the solution. Ever since I just had my one default profile. I created a new one, switched to this profile in AS and now it works - AS shows all episodes as downloadable. Happy

Please see enclosed the new logfile of season 8 (if it gives you any information).

P.S: Oh yes, always the last episodes past 25 were missing.
P.P.S.: Changing back to my old profile brings back the issue - so I have to go with the new one.

Yep, solved. Seems a bit odd for me that this is neccessary, but good to know if anyone should have this error again.

Hello,

hab erneut das Problem, dass mir nicht alle Episoden als downloadbar angezeigt werden. Fear the walking dead - Staffel 6 - Episode 1 fehlt. Auf AP ist Folge 1 im Browser abspielbar.
Kontowechsel (neu erstellt)/ausloggen/neu einloggen hat nichts gebracht - ich bekomme in AS nur die Folgen 2 bis 16 zur Auswahl.
Log-file ist anbei.

Alle anderen Staffeln waren/sind vollständig.

Irgendeine Idee was ich noch probieren könnte?

Ich fürchte, da kannst du nicht viel tun ... sieht bei mir genauso aus. Vermutlich ist da irgendwas krumm bei Amazon, müssen sich die Devs anschauen

Danke für Deine Rückmeldung. Hilft mir schon mal zu wissen, dass der Fehler nicht nur bei mir aufscheint. Dann warte ich mal, hab ja keinen Stress.
