king of kings bd dvd showing as no disc in drive

Hi can anyone tell me how this dvd wont play via redfox, anydvd but my others do.
Many thanks for any help please. By the way thats my bd drive in mp PC . Dvd plays on other players.

First, there's no such thing as a BD DVD. It's either a blu-ray DISC or a DVD. It can't be both.
Second, anydvd doesn't play anything. Not CDs, not DVD's, not blu-rays. AnyDVD is a decrypter / ripper only.

am trying to work out what you require to help me,and am still reading it lol.
ANYDVD dosen't come up to scan the dvd at all when i put this dvd in my blu ray drive.
When i click on ANY DVD and my F drive, this is what it says
No Disc is present in Drive F:!
HL-DT-ST BD-REBH14NS40 1.00 N1A37A3KZ5C6LA5602
Will continue reading, and let you know once i finish reading it all.

My dvd number is 883929174508 and am prety sure it is from the states.

There's not much to read. Simply follow instructions in post 4. No logfile, we can't help you. That said, EXIT anyDVD completely for a moment (rightclick tray icon > exit), does windows see the disc now? If not => defective disc and/or drive.
