Killing Lincoln DVD Failure

I tried to rip "Killing Lincoln" using Parallels on a 2012 Mac Pro using a DVD-RW drive: PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-221L, and a BluRay Drive: PIONEER BD-RW BDR-206D

Both drives failed at 50% with the following error:







I tried ripping on an old MacBook Pro with a DVD-RW: HL-DT-ST DVDRW GS411N, again running Windows 10 in Parallels - the disc ripped successfully.

Lots of screenshots but the most important things are missing. The anydvd and CloneDVD2 logfiles.

PLEASE read this before you post

Item #5, post an AnyDVD log file. With instructions on how to create one.

Pictures are nice, but they won't be much help to the devs as log files will be.
