Karaoke kaos

I used to be able to back-up by Karaoke disks by making a copy to transport rather than risking the original at the karaoke bars..(yeah, I know, get a life) but anyway. My laptop crashed. I reloaded the software that I remember having onto my PC. As far as I can tell is it up and running, but the icon to copy my karaoke does not seem to appear.

I have copies of disks I have made, so I know I have been successful in the past, but cannot seem to get it together this time. HELP!

Any suggestions? (And NO I am not giving up karaoke). Thanks in advance for any assistance offered.

Karaoke CDs are multimedia CDs. So the 'multimedia' profile is the best choice. Please be aware that readers and writers have to be able to handle CD text and 96 bytes subchannel data to copy karaoke CDs.
